Visas
Fully paid registered delegates will receive a link in their registration confirmation email to download a visa invitation letter for the Conference.
Visa requirements
Delegates are responsible for confirming and managing their own visa requirements and should allow sufficient time for the application process.
- If you want to visit South Africa, you must produce a valid visa before you can enter the country. A visa will be issued for a visit for tourism or business purposes and is valid for a period of 90 days. Visas are not issued at South African ports of entry. If you arrive without a visa, immigration officials are obliged to put you on a flight back to your home country.
- Some countries (including the US and most EU countries) do not need a visa for stays under 90 days and are exempted from visa control.
- Delegates should however check whether they require a visa; information is available on the website of the department of home affairs https://www.gov.za/services/temporary-residence/visa
- Visitors must apply online through the South African eVisa System or via your local VFS Global centre. The South African online eVisa service provides a convenient and secure option to process an eVisa application with the South African Department of Home Affairs. The service provides direct interaction with the department that is responsible to lawfully process and grant eVisas to travellers entering South Africa. The four easy steps make it possible to provide all the information required and effectively track the status and outcome of your application. https://ehome.dha.gov.za/epermit/home
